KEY NOTES: It also appears that the tire rim has popped into the photo. The most important aspect of this photo is the lack of impact damage to the B Ring wall. What causes a near perfectly round hole in a double thick reinforced brick wall and then decelerates in that short distance without even chipping the opposing wall?
