DESCRIPTION:
The nose cones (since they cover sensitive radar equipment) of most aircraft are made of
composite materials. This is true of the 757-200.
The aircraft on the left has been impacted by a bird. The idea that the nose of Flight 77 made a journey
through the Pentagon and punched a hole 3 rings in and 310 feet away from the impact is hard to accept.
The Teterboro N.J. Crash
In February of 2005 a small commuter jet ran off the runaway and crashed into a concrete block wall. Interestingly enough it is very similar
to the pentagon crash, just on a smaller, slower scale. Make note of the destruction to the nose. Keep in mind the slow speed
and the un-reinforced concrete block wall.
