On the Exit Hole page you examined evidence for the falsification of column 5N north. You also saw the reason that I believe it was falsified - to cover the use of secondary explosives. It was the FBI who gave the false data to the ASCE about the columns near the exit hole.

In the Building Performance Report there were 13 photos credited to outside sources. 12 of them they could not have taken themselves. A satellite photo, an aerial photo, 4 photos from the day of 9/11, an example of another building, and the 5 DoD video frames. It is interesting to note they received the DoD video frames from the Associated Press and not the DoD itself. The one photo they could have taken themselves was a photo of the exit hole area.

Instead you can see the photo above with the enlarged credit to the FBI. The building team took their own photos of the front of the building and other columns that were still standing but they weren't allowed back at the exit hole for some reason. You can also see that they indicated in the report why they didn't have photos of those columns and who gave them the damage report on the columns - the FBI.

Remember the report said, "The teams attempted to inspect and photograph all columns with significant visible damage.....". Unless there were something suspicious back there why would the FBI give them a photo instead of letting them back there to see and photograph the columns for themselves? This is why the exit hole is mentioned but not explained in the report as well. They went to great lengths of detail down to individual columns but not a single explanation for the exit hole.

Since their building report indicated that "the aircraft frame most certainly was destroyed before it had traveled a distance that approximately equaled the length of the aircraft [150 feet]", maybe they would have been surprised to see such column damage 310 feet into the structure? They had photos of all other columns in the building except for ones that had been demolished already or ones that were originally listed as "missing". The only three they weren't allowed to photograph were the ones right next to the exit hole.
